Contact details and trip preferences you submit through the Plan My Trip form, newsletter sign-ups, and standard technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.
Why we collect it
To respond to your trip request, prepare proposals, make reservations on your behalf, and — if you opt in — send occasional editorial emails.
Who we share it with
Service providers required to deliver your trip (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators), our booking and advisory infrastructure partner, and our email platform. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Trip requests and booking records are retained for as long as needed to service your travel and meet legal or accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to the contact address below.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to run the site and understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
