Using this site
Content on Down To Travel is published for general information. Prices, availability and openings change constantly and are confirmed only at the time of booking.
Trip requests
Submitting a trip request does not create a booking or hold any inventory. A trip is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation and any required deposit has been paid.
Advisory and booking
Travel arrangements are made with third-party suppliers, and their own terms, cancellation policies and conditions of carriage apply. Reservations are placed through our advisory and booking infrastructure partner.
Payments and cancellations
Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are set by each supplier and will be presented in writing before you commit. Any planning or service fees will be disclosed in advance.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and health requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond reasonable control.
